Bush signs executive order limiting property seizures on the 1 year anniversay of the Kelo descision

I personally think this is just a case of President Bush attempting to take some of the heat off of himself and the rest of the lame republicans in office.  I for one will not be placated by the RINO republican establishment tossing me bone during an election year to hold on to my vote.
